For 25 years, le Club des Clubs Immobiliers, a network of 10,000 real estate professionals, organises a one day study trip each year in France or abroad. It allows some 250 key decision makers to discover the new projects of a European metropolis whilst opening up a dialogue in a friendly, networking atmosphere.

This year, the study tour took place in Stockholm, very much a leading green city of Europe. The exchange provided an opportunity for participants to familiarise themselves with Sweden’s good urban planning and real estate practices, elements of which could be duplicated in France. The day sought to address 3 themes: sustainable development, architecture and innovation.
